Located at the heart of Codicote village, The Goat Pub is a family-friendly local that prides itself on serving traditional home-cooked meals alongside a great selection of drinks.

Whether you’re looking for a quiet evening drink or a lively gathering with friends and family, you will find a warm welcome here at The Goat.

In 1992, Graham and Brenda took over the historic Grade II-listed Goat Inn, and it’s been at the heart of their lives ever since. While running a pub in Kings Langley, a friend introduced them to The Goat, and it was love at first sight.

Reflecting on their journey, Graham and Brenda often say they never imagined staying so long, but the welcoming spirit of Codicote and its wonderful people made it impossible to leave.
